We developed Hairpin Alternator Stator in OD 128.5mm, 138.5mm. They are well used in China by OE and aftermarket alternator manufacturers. You can see the compariosn report with OE samples as below, which is very close. We also developed some customerized Hairpin Stators for specified customers in different wire leads.
